The greatest advantage of this apartment is the large terrace of 10m<\/em><em><sup>2<\/sup><\/em><em> with a beautiful sea view, a port full of small boats, Kozak and Marjan mountains and the town of Ka\u0161tela. The greatest advantage of this apartment is a big terrace with a surface of 10 m<\/em><em><sup>2<\/sup><\/em><em> overlooking the blue Adriatic see, covered and pleasant for an all-day stay. There you will be able to sip high quality Dalmatian wines with an unforgettable view of the sea, the mountains and the starry sky, while during the day you can enjoy in shade and reading&#8230; The apartment has two bedrooms separated from the living room. One room has a large comfortable double bed and folding bed, while the other room has two single beds.&nbsp; A special feature is a completely furnished kitchen with a stove containing an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, coffee maker and a large space for the disposal of kitchen accessories. The bathroom is equipped with sanitation facilities containing a bathtub. Other notable equipment contained in the apartment is: SAT \/ TV, Wi-fi connection, an air-conditioner and heating system. Bedding is changed once a week or every 5 days if you stay longer than two weeks. Pets are allowed on request. Distance from food store is 250m, beach 40m, doctor 4,3km, fuel pump 3,8km. The house in which apartment Lora is located has around 1200m<\/em><em><sup>2<\/sup><\/em><em> yard, with of pine trees and olive groves,15 parking spaces, a wooden garden house with a large barbecue.
